Perform or assist in all phases of apartment and property maintenance including make-readies, walking vacant units, groundskeeping, punch-out work, trash-out, maintaining the swimming pool and golf carts, and interior and exterior repairs. Assist in the upkeep of the exterior and interior of the property. Assist the Service Manager with health and safety issues by identifying and reporting potential hazards, liability and safety concerns, and unresolved maintenance issues. Assist with efforts to prevent, mitigate and repair damage from severe weather events. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment and ability to operate them in a safe manner. Maintain compliance with company policies, ADA, OSHA and other regulations affecting the maintenance of the property. Visit other locations when assigned by Community Manager or Service Manager.
