Floating Service Technician
About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame. Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management. Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor. Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections. Schedule: This role will float between two properties, The Glades and The Retreat at Almonte Springs Week 1: 2 days at The Glades and 3 days at Retreat at Almonte Springs Week 2: 3 days at The Glades and 2 days at Retreat at Almonte Springs Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm On call rotation varies Alternating weekends for on call Compensation: $23.00- $26.00
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience preferred
- You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
