About The Position

IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Floating Security Guard to provide protection at multiple sites. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to handle various security situations.

Requirements

• Must have an active SORA license (SORA Red a plus)
• Prior security experience required
• Flexible and willing to travel between sites
• Must have reliable transportation
• Open availability including weekends and nights
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a floating or mobile guard
• Training in CPR, first aid, or other emergency response certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at multiple locations as assigned
• Patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and security
• Monitor and report any incidents, breaches, or suspicious activity
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies
• Maintain accurate logs and reports as required
• Follow company policies, procedures, and client-specific protocols
