About The Position
This position is an elevated sales position that will provide additional onsite sales support, training, marketing for the active adult market in Arizona. The Floating Sales Consultant will support area communities by executing the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing and marketing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. The Floating Sales Consultant will also assist in due diligence and takeover process by completing file audits and unit inspections. This team member will need reliable transportation as travel is required.
