The Floating Sales and Service Manager assists the Financial Center Manager in all aspects of sales, service, management, and audit and control for an assigned branch. Key responsibilities include achieving deposit, loan, and new household goals through a relationship-based sales model, leading and coaching team members to provide excellent customer service, and proactively seeking external business. The role involves participating in sales activities, utilizing a customer relationship management platform, and acting as a referral source for various bank departments. Additionally, the manager supports ongoing marketing and business development, oversees branch operations, administration, staffing, audits, compliance, and security. This position also entails leading inside sales and cross-selling initiatives, conducting coaching and team meetings, and enforcing all compliance and security procedures. The manager is expected to comply with all applicable regulations and bank policies, participate in training, and represent the Bank through community involvement.
