As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in welcoming future residents, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring they feel confident in their choice to call our community home. Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Comfortable with computers and administrative tasks
• Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.

Nice To Haves

• Background in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage a plus
• Property management experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and positive experience for all residents and prospects
• Conduct engaging property tours for future residents
• Generate leads and lease apartments to help achieve occupancy goals
• Process applications, lease documents, rental deposits, and fees accurately
• Stay informed on market trends to highlight community value
• Build strong relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
• Support a culture of collaboration, customer service, and resident satisfaction
