About The Position

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Sales and marketing experience or mindset.
• Proficient with technology including CRMs, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Driver's License.

• Previous property management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all day-to-day operations.
• Provides outstanding customer service by assessing and resolving customer queries and problems.
• Effectively sells storage units to telephone, walk-in, and email inquiries following Call Flow Guidelines.
• Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner.
• Reduces delinquent accounts through telephone, text, and email contact.
• Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both the office and throughout the facility.
