Athena Care is currently seeking a Floating Medical Technician/Phone Line Attendant for our Nashville and surrounding clinics with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The Medical Technician Float / Phone Lines provides clinical support and patient observation for individuals receiving interventional psychiatry treatments and also serves as a dedicated phone line support technician. This role is responsible for monitoring and responding to patient inquiries, coordinating pharmacy and authorization needs, assisting with clinical treatment support, and ensuring accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). This position floats between the middle Tennessee office locations as needed and supports operational continuity through coverage of both in-clinic and phone line functions.
