About The Position

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician in Sanger and Fowler, CA. Come join a dynamic property management team! This position does require valid driver's license and must be able to travel to assigned Fresno and Fowler. Must have at least 2+ years of current and proven apartment maintenance experience with proven experience in the field. Again, must have a valid CA driver's license to be considered

Minimum of 2+ years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance
Able to work independently and follow directions
Basic understanding of light maintenance and the desire to develop those skills
Excellent customer service
Ability to work well as a team
Able to drive to Fresno and Fowler
Must have valid CA driver's license
Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours per week) and on call as needed for after hours

Responsibilities

Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
Report violations of lease and house rules
Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
Perform preventative maintenance duties
Maintaining excellent curb appeal
Follow policies and procedures
