About The Position

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician in Fresno, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team! You will have a set schedule and be floating between two properties in the Fresno area only Must have at least 2+ years of current and proven apartment maintenance experience to be considered for this position. You must also have a valid CA driver's license. Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance
Basic knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, minor fixes such as patching a wall, fixing a doorknob, appliance repair, unit turnovers, and work orders
Basic familiarity with use of computers and technology. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Able to work as a team and independently
Ability to follow directions, handle constructive criticism and able to communicate well
Able to work at two different properties in Fresno
Must have valid CA driver's license
Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and on call as needed

Responsibilities

Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
