The Maintenance Manager will respond to daily maintenance requests, prepare apartments for new residents, and respond to survey requests by Community Managers and leadership teams. As a Floating Maintenance Manager, you are key in keeping our properties to the high standards our residents come to expect from living at Bell. As a Floating Maintenance Manager with Bell, you will oversee interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and grounds for the beauty, safety, security, and well-being of the community. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising all maintenance associates and conduct regular performance appraisals. You will also provide feedback to associates with the assistance of the Community Manager.
