The Floating File Specialist role requires flexibility to work across multiple communities in a floating capacity to support the operational and compliance performance of the Company. This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the assigned community and supporting the Portfolio Manager to ensure optimum performance of the community in areas including leasing and marketing, compliance, accounting, and resident satisfaction. The Floating File Specialist is responsible for preparing, documenting, and submitting all assigned community files to regulatory requirements and company standards to compliance.
