The Floating Leasing Consultant provides information, onsite tours of the community, with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents; provides customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property.
Requirements
- 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
- Basic math skills required.
- Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
- Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
- Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
- Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
