About The Position

Join Our growing Team as at Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS) as a full-time Floating Leasing Associate in Austin, TX! This position is eligible for our new "Texas Stay Program", which is designed to financially reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. Program will be discussed by Recruiter. Position: Floating Leasing Associate - The Floating Leasing Associate will support existing Richman properties in South/East Austin, TX, which Include The Prescott, Carson Crossing and Cedar Heights. Affordable, tax credit/LIHTC experience preferred. Requirements

1-3 years of Leasing or APM experience in multi-family residential communities (affordable) and "floating" experience is preferred
Valid/active Driver's License, ability to travel within assigned portfolio/region in Austin, TX
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience in multi-family residential communities
Proficiency in Yardi software products strongly preferred
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and customer focus
Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
Attention to detail/follow-up technique
Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
Problem-solving skills and reliability
Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
Valid Driver’s License required for this position

Nice To Haves

Prior Lease-Up experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking Candidates preferred, not required
Familiarity/experience with Yardi property management software products

Responsibilities

Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
Create and distribute marketing materials
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect
