Shared Imaging is currently looking to hire a Part Time Floating Imaging Technologist Aide in the Riverside, CA area! Work Schedule: 1-2 days per week 12-hour shifts (6AM - 630PM) Weekend availability required Will be scheduled as needed, this role does not have a set schedule Locations: Riverside, CA Fontana, CA Anaheim, CA Must be willing to commute to all three locations The ideal candidate must possess: High school diploma or equivalent required CPR/BLS Certification (via American Heart Association) required Certified Medical Assistant preferred Anatomy and physiology understanding preferred Patient care experience strongly preferred Self-starter with the ability to multi-task Hard working, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding patient care Team player with a positive attitude Travel may be required, travel allowance is offered

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR/BLS Certification (via American Heart Association) required
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task

Nice To Haves

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• Anatomy and physiology understanding preferred
• Patient care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing patients
• Confirming and registering patients
• Verifying all necessary information is available for the test
• Ability to walk to and from hospital and trailer as needed
• Assist patients in and out of the trailer
• Ability to push wheelchairs, gurneys and stretchers
• Assist technologist with positioning patient and assisting them on and off the scanning table
• Assist in setting up MRI or PET/CT scanning rooms
• Stocking and maintaining patient dressing rooms, scan rooms and control areas
• Ordering supplies
• Other responsibilities as directed
