We're currently hiring a Floating - Groundskeeper to support our communities at Sentosa Lexington Oaks & Sentosa Epperson in Wesley Chapel. FL. The Groundskeeper plays a key role in creating a clean, welcoming, and well‑maintained environment for residents and visitors. This position supports the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community by maintaining common areas, assisting the maintenance team, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Maintain Community Spaces - Keep leasing offices, model units, clubhouses, hallways, and all shared areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Grounds Maintenance - Preserve the beauty and safety of the property through routine landscaping support, trash removal, debris pickup, and general exterior upkeep.
Resident Interaction - Provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate clearly with residents and team members.
Safety Compliance - Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices to maintain a secure environment.
Team Support - Assist with additional tasks or special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
