About The Position

GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Floating Grounds Technician in Fresno, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team! This Grounds Technician position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of three multi-family apartment communities in Fresno, CA! Must have valid CA driver's license to be considered for this floating position. Requirements

Excellent Customer Service
At least 1 year of proven and current work experience
Reliable and committed to maintaining our community's appearance
attention to detail
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Punctual and team player
Have valid CA driver's license
Able to float to three properties
Available to work M-F 8am-5pm schedule in Bakersfield (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Enhance our community - You’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
Build rapport with customers - You'll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
Respond to service requests - You’ll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
Notice the details - You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
