About The Position

Prestige Car Wash and Gas is a family-owned and operated company that has been in business for 30 years. We are growing leaps and bounds, and we are looking for hard-working customer service professionals to join our ever-expanding family as a Floating Gas Station Attendant. We are looking for individuals who are available to cover shifts throughout our 11 Gas Locations: Must Be: Available to work shift that range 5am - 12am (Our stores are open from 5am - Midnight) Available Holidays and Weekends Have reliable Transportation Available to cover shifts that come up same day (will have 2 guaranteed days off so can plan as needed) Available to work at any of the 11 locations as you will be a floating attendant and need to cover shifts in the following locations Berkely/Taunton/Raynham/Walpole/Canton/Stoughton/West Roxbury/Brockton x2/Randolph/Quincy Why Prestige? $ 20 per hour to start Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more (available to full-time employees) Great opportunity with a fast-moving growing company from the ground up. Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must be able to perform basic calculations in order to make changes, complete shift reports, and account for a variety of products during vendor check-ins.
You must have the ability to validate Identification prior to selling products such as tobacco and/or alcohol (as per required regulations)
You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers through proper lifting techniques
Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies.
You must be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
You must have the ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outside in various weather conditions, and in the store)
You must be willing to perform general housekeeping duties as needed
You must be willing to sit or stand for prolonged periods during your shift.
Flexibility is key, whether it be the days or shifts you are available it is a key to our success.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for the operation of the station during your shift.
You’ll be making sure to follow all federal, state and company guidelines, policies and procedures during operation. Including but not limited to minimizing safety risks for all employees, customers and suppliers.
You’ll communicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations in a very quick timeline, especially any changes or items that may adversely affect the store's operations.
You’ll manage the maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the perimeter of the store
Promptly Report workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses
