About The Position

In this full-time position, you will provide clinical leadership as needed in various locations throughout the state. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Director of Nursing (DON/DNS) who enjoys a challenge, likes to travel and work with multiple teams. The Floating Director of Nursing must be an RN and live in the Region to support our centers in Massachusetts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current MA license in good standing, required.
• Hold a current CPR certification.
• At least five years’ experience in long-term care setting, with 3-5 years as Director of Nursing.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
