Currency Exchange International (CXI) is seeking a Full-Time Floating Customer Service Teller to join our team at the Tysons Corner branch in Tysons, VA, with additional responsibilities at our Westfield Montgomery Mall branch in Bethesda, MD. As a Money Service Business, CXI provides a wide range of foreign exchange services to customers across the United States and Canada. Our mission is to deliver personalized and efficient service, competitive rates, and various settlement options to our clients. Tellers are the face of our company, representing us in the community and ensuring that customers receive the highest quality assistance during their visits. This role requires a positive and professional attitude at all times, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and dedicated to the success of the team, capable of delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. The position involves handling money transactions with a high degree of accuracy, and previous cash handling experience is a plus. In this role, you will be expected to work approximately 28-40 hours per week, with availability needed on weekends and some weekday evenings.
