As a Floating Community Manager with Bell, you will be responsible for leading and directing all community operations at a variety of locations throughout the region. The Community Manager leads and motivates community staff members to provide service to residents and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction. You will also recruit, hire, manage, and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure community performance and adequate staffing. Requirements

Demonstration of Bell Core Values
BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination
3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferred
Strong marketing skills required
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Excel required
Yardi & Onesite knowledge preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Willing to travel as required within the assigned region
Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.
Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
