About The Position

Homewatch CareGivers is Seeking an Experienced Caregiver $20-24 per hour (depending on experience and availability) to work 4-5 days a week (addl work available throughout the weekend) with at least 2-5 years of experience to serve as a Lead Caregiver. Floating Caregiver will assist in filling in for Caregivers that cannot work certain shifts, covering sick call-offs, new starts, etc. Floating Caregiver will be paid guaranteed hours each weekend plus any overtime that is earned. Requirements

  • Experience –at least 2-5 Years or more of Registered Home Care Aide Experience. (Certified Nursing Assistant, LVN, or Home Health Aide is a plus.)
  • Skills – We are looking for individuals that have empathy, compassion, trustworthiness, and are service-orientated.
