The projected annual salary for this position ranges from $72,600.00 to $114,631.20, with additional compensation possible based on experience and skills.

  • Manage and lead branch staff for optimal performance in sales, service, and operations.
  • Oversee overall operations of the branch and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients and address escalated customer service issues.
  • Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Lead all in-branch and outbound sales activities to ensure the branch meets assigned goals.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Teller, CSR, and BSM responsibilities and function in those roles when needed.
  • Coach and mentor team members to expand their knowledge of advanced products and services.
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent.
  • 5 years progressive branch experience.
  • 3 years supervision or leadership of a team and/or internal Branch Banking experience within EagleBank.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
  • Strong sales and service skills.
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficient use of Platform and Teller systems.
  • Excellent customer service delivery to internal and external clients.
  • Pro-active product sales, outbound calling, and internal/external business development.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
