About The Position

The position is for a floating associate/Manager in Training (MIT) at Maplefields in Bristol, VT. Responsibilities

• Always greet customers within the store and provide excellent customer service throughout the entire interaction.
• Support the store by filling in for scheduling gaps to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Work as a cashier, stock products, perform maintenance tasks, and work in the food service department.
• Learn Store Manager tasks such as cash balancing, invoicing, ordering, scheduling, and maintenance requests to cover stores in the manager's absence.
• Learn foodservice operations, get Serve Safe certified, and follow all food safety and sanitation practices.
• Help train new staff in stores.
• Be flexible and willing to travel to more than one location a day.
• Communicate effectively with Store Managers and the District Manager regarding store issues or feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
