Maintains service areas (i.e., Pizza Warmer, Cold Station, Cookie display case & Dessert Station, etc.) to ensure that the cafeteria's customers are served quality food with good courteous service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to understand and use Express Salad, entree and sandwich recipes.
• Ability to work with others.
• One (1) to two (2) years food handling experience or equivalent required.
• Proper food handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, portions and serves food using proper recipe, specifications and guidelines to ensure the cafeteria customers the best quality food service as possible.
• Sets up all food service stations using proper specifications and guidelines as outlined by a supervisor/manager with no more than 2 deviations per quarter.
• Maintains appropriate sanitation in service and prep areas to assure a sanitary working environment.
• Maintains a 'Clean As You Go' attitude and a sanitary work area to provide proper conditions for floor preparation and service for our customers with no more than two (2) deviations per quarter as observed by a supervisor.
