Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to pass a drug test, criminal history and child abuse and neglect clearance
Reliable Transportation and a strong work ethich

Responsibilities

Bring lessons to life as planned by our lead teachers
Follow guidance from our awesome teacher superheroes and supervisors
Assist with all sorts of superhero duties, from cleaning up to mealtime fun
Keep a watchful eye on our little superheroes to ensure their safety and happiness
Stay connected with parents through our parent engagement app and other means
Use your superpowers of behavior management to keep our classroom atmosphere calm and positive
