The employee is responsible for understanding and complying with regulatory requirements for financial transactions, specifically the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) as it relates to specific job functions. The position requires exhibiting superior customer service as a member of the Austin Bank team, demonstrating high-quality relationship-building techniques to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions to their banking and financial needs. The employee helps promote a loyal relationship between the customer and Austin Bank. Additionally, the employee participates in developing a teamwork atmosphere with co-workers by attending meetings, participating in discussions, treating co-workers with respect and courtesy, and contributing to departmental goals. The employee is also responsible for staying abreast of company communications by reading publications, announcements, and company emails, and taking advantage of appropriate communication channels regarding bank-related business matters.
