Requirements

Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler or Preschool Teacher Certification required (any one qualifies; multi-certification is a bonus).
Experience working in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool program preferred.
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable transitioning between classrooms.

Responsibilities

Provide classroom support across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool environments based on daily center needs.
Assist lead teachers with curriculum implementation, classroom routines, and supervision.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
Support children with hands-on learning, play experiences, and social-emotional development.
Communicate positively with children, families, and staff to support strong school relationships.
Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations and center safety policies.
