About The Position

We are looking for a caring and flexible Floater Teacher to join our childcare team! This role supports multiple classrooms and helps ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our children. Assist lead teachers in various classrooms (infant through preschool) Step in as needed to maintain proper ratios Help with daily routines, activities, and transitions Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Give bathroom breaks Lunch breaks The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
