About The Position

The Floater Security Officer position involves monitoring and patrolling different client sites on a variety of schedules. Security Officers/Guards observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. The role requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. The position is available for both full-time and part-time work, and candidates must be available to work on weekends to help cover events.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work on weekends.
• 1 year of security experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.

• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality industry.
