In this role, you’ll be the face of the bank at various branch locations, helping customers open accounts, process transactions, and find the right financial solutions for their goals. You’ll bring consistency, warmth, and expertise wherever you go—making every customer feel like they’re home, no matter which branch they visit.
Requirements
- Prior banking experience and strong customer service skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with changing priorities.
- Attention to detail, organization, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and represent the Bank with professionalism and care.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new banking systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers by opening and maintaining deposit accounts, processing transactions, and assisting with account questions and changes.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships by recommending products and services that best fit customer needs.
- Support branch operations by performing teller duties and ensuring prompt, accurate service.
- Travel between all branch locations as needed to provide coverage and maintain service excellence across all locations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that fosters trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
