Requirements

• Pharmacist State License-APhA-American Pharmacists Association
• Certified Pharmacist Immunizer-AphA-American Pharmacists Association
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and concerns with empathy, offer solutions, and aim to exceed expectations
• Provide prescription counseling, ensuring customers feel confident using their medications at home
• Accurately and efficiently complete workflow steps to deliver error-free products
• Manage product levels, improve processes, identify challenges, and escalate issues as needed
• Stay updated on and support company wellness initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and sharing best practices
• Adhere to federal, state, and HIPAA regulations, following all company policies and procedures
• Confirm potential licensing in any state where Wegmans operates
