About The Position

AVID Health at Home is a full-service home care agency. A North Carolina Provider of Choice and Employer of choice, currently serving people in 25 counties across the state. We are hiring PCAs that possess a positive attitude and a commitment to quality client care. We have various shifts available including days, evenings & nights. Requirements

• Must be customer service oriented and prepared to communicate with clients, their families and other care providers
• Confident working independently
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Willingness to embrace technology /utilize computerized systems

Responsibilities

• Activities of Daily living- bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and transfers
• Incontinent Care
• Exercises/ walking assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Errands and Grocery Shopping
