About The Position
Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services as needed at multiple locations including teller functions, Customer Service functions, and Customer Advocate functions. This includes handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances, as well as assisting customers with account maintenance and resolving inquiries. The role requires cross-selling services and providing excellent customer service while maintaining strong professional relationships.
