Floater/Closer (9:00 AM-6:00 PM)
About The Position
We are seeking passionate, dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Teachers to join our team! We are looking to fill our Floater/Closer position. Our center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The position’s scheduled hours would be 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Requirements
- A genuine passion for the education and care of children
- Teaching experience: 1 year of professional experience (preferred)
- 6 months required for Full-Time positions
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (18+ years old)
- Must meet all applicable state licensing requirements

- Create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children feel safe to learn and grow
- Foster a love of learning through a positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children
- Provide a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps and in-person conversations
- Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
- Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a collaborative, dynamic environment
