About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Safely operate multiple types of heavy equipment to support plant production. Perform duties in the underground mine, including but not limited to blasting, scaling, bolting, and drilling. Assist with plant housekeeping, maintenance support, and operational activities as needed. Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a compliant and hazard‑aware work environment.

Reliable team member with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
