About The Position
Rainbow Children's Academy, a licensed childcare center in Washington State, has been dedicated to serving families in the eastside community for over 13 years. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Float Teacher to join our team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with children in a nurturing environment, helping them grow up happily and healthily. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including changing diapers, serving food, cleaning tables, conducting teaching circles, and assisting with kitchen work. While no previous experience is required, candidates with prior experience in a daycare setting will have an advantage, which may positively influence their hourly rate. The position is available Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Regular attendance and accountability are crucial for this role, as we strive to maintain a consistent and supportive environment for our children.
