Job Summary and Responsibilities As an RN on our Float Pool team at St. Vincent, you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple units. You’ll build trust in these interactions by presenting a positive attitude and by being reliable. Your success in this role comes from your knowledge to provide care to various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical while being able to consistently remain calm and positive. Provide care for patients coming into the area of competency Administer medications accurately and safely Thoroughly complete proper documentation for patients treated. We are offering a $25,000 sign on bonus for qualifying full time hires. We also offer extra pay for participation in our clinical ladder program, as well as excellent benefits, referral bonus, tuition reimbursement, and relocation assistance.

Requirements

  • Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas
  • One (1) Year Of Experience In Critical Care environment required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Additional certifications (like ACLS and PALS) may be required, depending on unit assignments

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for patients coming into the area of competency
  • Administer medications accurately and safely
  • Thoroughly complete proper documentation for patients treated
