About The Position

The Float Relationship Banker at Wintrust is responsible for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers while providing tailored financial solutions. Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• High School Degree or GED.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and discover their financial needs.
• Tailor product and service recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with business partners in Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect customers with experts.
• Operate a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby and drive-up.
• Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
• Responsible for bank opening and closing depending on the shift.
• Support community and bank events.
