The individual within this role will commute between all Orlando Quest Kids Therapy locations and settings as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will be proficient in running behavioral programs with advanced accuracy, collecting and analyzing data documentation with precision. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively communicate clinical information among the clinical team and client families in a positive manner. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions during sessions, crisis management, and other clinical situations. Additionally, the role requires expertise in graphing and plotting data, as well as the capability to clearly and consistently deliver verbal commands in English.
