Requirements

• Valid Indiana Nurse Licensure RN - Registered Nurse
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assume the planning, responsibility, and accountability for resident care of a designated nursing unit.
• Provide care and compassion to residents, making a difference in their lives.
