Join the Las Cruces Nursing Float Pool – Where Every Day Brings New Possibilities Multiple tiers available based on your commitment! Work 12 hours every 2 weeks at $33/hr - no weekend or holiday commitments! Work a minimum of 24 hours every two weeks with at least 24 hours on a weekend or holiday and earn $37/hr! Work a minimum of 48 hours every two weeks with at least 24 hours on a weekend or holiday and earn $42/hr! Requirements

Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

Responsibilities

As a Regional Float LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
