About The Position

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Florida (Compact licenses accepted; FL license must be obtained)
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in an acute care setting (within the past 1–2 years)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Deliver patient-focused, evidence-based critical care
- Float across ICU units, adapting to various workflows and team dynamics
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
- Serve as a patient advocate, maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
