Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1310 116th Ave NE in Bellevue, WA Work Schedule: This is a Casual/Per Diem position; hours will be "as needed" and the start and end times will vary. We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client Office or Hospital. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization. QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics Pay Range: $21.87 to $32.28 per hour All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21. Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hourly plus mileage reimbursement

Requirements

• Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• 6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
• Reliable transportation required
