Growing together. We seek a Staff Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist license in state of PA and MD
- Immunization certified or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to cover the following locations: Hanover, Lancaster, Wilkes Barre, Williamsport, PA and Frederick and Westminster, MD
Responsibilities
- Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
- Provides information to customers about medications and their use
- Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
- Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
- Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties
