The Float Patient Service Representative is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, welcoming environment for all patients, families, and visitors while performing the requested duties. These duties will include interviewing patients and families to obtain all demographic and financial information, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying patient insurance, explaining financial responsibility to patients or patient representatives, and collecting same-day payments. Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. This role requires flexibility to cover various shifts (7 AM-3 PM or 2 PM-10 PM) and travel between multiple locations. Your primary base will be in Hiram, but you will also be required to travel to West Cobb, Marietta, Douglasville. Travel to Roome desired. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel to any locations outside of your designated home base
