Float Patient Representative Front Desk

You’ll primarily work from our Lee’s Summit clinic while floating to nearby locations as needed for PTO and coverage.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- A confident communicator—both in person and over the phone
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
- A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to float to other DIC locations as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and provide accurate cost estimates
- Manage daily schedules and appointment confirmations
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects DIC’s patient-first values
