About The Position

Responsibilities UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent a Float Outpatient Family Medicine APN opportunity. Float to different clinic locations depending on need at our clinics in the western suburbs, for short- and long-term assignments 1-3 years of experience as an APP in Family Medicine, required Call coverage and Saturday clinic hours may be required depending on location EPIC EMR Competitive PTO and CME Annual Salary: $115K - $125K
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
- Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Current Illinois license in good standing
- Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization.
- Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification
- Current CPR certification
- 1-3 years of experience as an APP in Family Medicine, required
