Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to members in person and by phone
- Accurately process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other member service requests
- Open and maintain deposit accounts and assist with consumer loan applications
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services
- Resolve member concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Support branch operations and team members as assigned
- Travel between Elkhart, Granger, and Mishawaka branches as scheduled
