As a Floating Member Account Advisor , you are a trusted guide and steady presence for our members across all branches. You’ll step in where you’re needed most- welcoming new members, supporting existing ones, and helping people move forward with confidence in their finances. Requirements

You care deeply about people and their financial well-being
You’re adaptable, positive, and comfortable jumping into new environments
You communicate clearly, listen well, and build trust quickly
You’re tech-comfortable and able to keep up in a fast-paced setting
Financial experience is helpful, but your heart for service matters most
If you bring certified Spanish or Somali language skills, even better

Responsibilities

Welcome new members and help them open accounts with care and confidence
Support existing members with additional accounts, services, and questions
Identify opportunities to offer loans and financial solutions that truly fit each member’s needs
Assist with loan applications, closings, and funding for products like credit cards and lines of credit
Handle more complex transactions while ensuring accuracy and trust
Float between branches as scheduled, providing coverage and consistency
Collaborate with teammates across branches, the Contact Center, and ASK team
Show up with empathy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed
